This felt like a reminder for all fans of the vertical drama genre that not all handsome billionaire CEOs who suddenly come into your life as your knight in shining armor are good people. Some are handsome, murderous, and jealous billionaire psychopaths.
Marc Hermann is incredibly effective at expressing the spectrum of emotions needed to become Ryan. He does so much with just his eyes and how they can abruptly go from love to jealousy to murderous intent. He was truly terrifying throughout the show.
Meg Bush manages to be both fierce and innocent at the same time - a combination that makes her portrayal of Leah very believable.
Loved seeing Paul Addison as Daniel - did not love how he turned out at the end (even if he was kinda used as bait by Leah???). Was kinda hoping he would be the first real good guy in her life. She deserves someone who can love her without killing the people around her 🥲
