This one has the feel of those old school soap operas we all grew up with. It's trashy, addictive, and compelling all at the same time. Plus I love Candace. She's just the best vertie actress out there right now.
Super KILIG, sweet moments
There's a Filipino word for how this made me feel: KILIG. This is the feeling I always look for when watching verticals. And I felt that here.
Candace and Zach work off each other so well. The chemistry is off the charts. I live for Zach's choices in his reactions at just the right time and Candace's emotional shifts throughout this vert.
We get to see Emily fall for Ryan's charm. We see her cold facade melt, her unmoving demeanor moved by his affection. She smiles for the first time with him, and even her best friend notices how he has changed her just by being in her life. He was the right kind of wrong she needed to finally wake up and want to break free from her husband.
This was perfection for me. It ticks all my boxes and really meets me at my personal taste for how things should go in certain situations. Would not change a single thing about this. Truly thankful to everyone involved for making this 👏
