    A painful marathon of exhausted tropes

    She was gone for 8 yrs; building an empire, becoming that girl, and walking back into the family like a boss. And what does she get? A buffet of slaps and grandma drama so overcooked it could be served with gravy. Listen, this had the potential to serve fun fierce comebacks and power plays. Instead, we got The Humiliation Olympics; complete with eye-roll-worthy violence, public degradation, and salon brawl-level slaps. GoodShort, I beg you; let women be powerful without making them endure 12 rounds of emotional and physical torture first. We adore these actors (seriously, the talent is there), but watching them repeatedly disrespected with zero nuance is exhausting. Save the queens. Ditch the banquet beatdowns.
